Yesterday we opened our Italian restaurant 'A little bit of Italy' in the hall foyer. In the morning we got into groups to start making the food. We made chocolate cake, spaghetti bologense, pasta with home made tomato sauce and pizzas.
At 11:30 we opened our doors to the customers. We worked in two teams, team 1 went first and served and looked after the first set of customers. Jobs that we had were Kitchen hand, Waiter and waitresses, Maitre De's and chefs. At 12:30 the teams swapped over and a new lot of customers arrived.
It was very busy in the kitchen but luckly we had an awesome team of parent helpers who made sure everyone got their orders.
Everyone worked really well and we had an awesome day. We especially like eating the left over food when everyone had gone.

Mama Mia - what a fabulous effort Room 1 - I coudl tell your diners were very pleased with bothe food and the service they received. The ambiance was very good too!! I have really enjoyed visiting all ofthe restaurants this week but couldn't quite fit you in for lunch yesterday. Next time!!

I was really pleased that I booked a place in your restaurant. You all worked very well in your roles and the food was delicious. Actually I booked into 4 restaurants last week and was really spoiled with the lovely food and service received in all four. I wiah you were open again this week!
