Earth Science

Yesterday we looked at how we get day and night on Earth.
We learnt that the Moon takes 28 days to go around the Earth.
That the suns takes 24 hours to spin once on it's axis and that it takes 12 months for the Earth to go around the sun.

One thing we didn't find out was....why do we have seasons??

Do you know why???

We have seasons because the earth is tilted as it goes around the sun each year. This means it either leans toward the sun during summer months or away from the sun during winter months. Spring and Autumn happen in between.
